Loris Martin is the founder and principal of Rocky Mountain Design Ltd, a full service interior design service serving the southern half of British Columbia. Operating as Dow Martin Design, and specializing in kitchen design, for many years, Loris moved her company and expanded its outreach in 2008 in order to better serve her lifestyle - changing the name of the company at that time to Rocky Mountain Design Ltd.
Through her attention to detail and 'can-do' attitude, Loris has built long standing professional relationships - working often on many homes over the years with the same clients.
In addition to her residential interior design work, she has also gained experience in stores, offices and restaurants - working with larger clients like SaskTel and Samsung.
Loris graduated from Mount Royal College (now Mount Royal University) in Interior Design. After working for a few years in the residential design field, she decided to augment her education and attended University of Manitoba in their pre-architecture program in order to get a more practical handle on the structure and mechanics of buildings. Loris lends a practical and experienced hand to all her design clients.
